Freshmen students were excused from their classes on Tuesday to attend the welcome assembly organized by the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs (OVSCA).
Administration officials present during the event held at the University Theater were UP President Alfredo Pascual, UP Diliman Chancellor Caesar Saloma and the deans of different colleges.
