Pedestrians, motorcyclists bear brunt of UPD road crashes – data

The UPD Police have recorded at least 23 road crashes and incidents in UP Diliman since the start of in-person classes last September. Four-wheeled vehicle drivers stirred most cases, but police reports also reveal that pedestrians and motorcyclists bear its injurious impacts.
