Months away from end of term, councilor Rafael Luis “Rafa” Fernando resigned from his post in the USC. Former candidate Sitti Meryam Agatha “Aji” Reyes stepped in Monday to fill his seat.

Reyes, a fourth year Business Administration and Accountancy student, ranked 13th in the councilor race in last year’s elections, making her eligible to assume the position.
