Botong Isko: BATAK dominates CHK SC candidates

The College of Human Kinetics (CHK) released Tuesday its official list of candidates for this year’s CHK Student Council (CHK SC) elections with Bukluran ng mga Iskolar Atleta Tungo sa Progresibong Aksyon (BATAK) dominating the list.

BATAK has 11 hopefuls running this year while opposing party Kabataang Iniaalay ang Lakas at Suporta sa CHK (KILOS) has five candidates in the list.

Four incumbent officers are running again this year.

Incumbent Bachelor in Sports Science Representative Dan Angelo Cabading is running unopposed for the CHK SC chairperson post while incumbent Bachelor in Physical Education Representative April Rodra De Castro is up against current Certificate in Sports Science Representative Patricia Marie Marcelo for CHK SC vice chairperson.

On the other hand, incumbent Councilor J. Siegfried Mison is running again for another term in office.

As of this moment, nobody is vying for CHK Representative to the USC.
